We had a fantastic time at this charming rural retreat. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hostess, Christine, was welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the full English, which was a treat for us as we live in France. The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. We also enjoyed the lovely walk that Christine suggested. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

The private bathroom with a shower was a game-changer for me. It had all the necessary amenities, like free toiletries, which made my stay super comfortable. I felt like I had my own little sanctuary!
Perhaps some people might find it a bit small, but that's just my personal opinion. Others might still enjoy the cozy vibe.

The location of this hotel is really idyllic, with historic buildings surrounded by a beautiful large courtyard overlooking a river. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, with a cozy atmosphere. The English breakfast served here is delicious and the hosts ensure a warm welcome to make guests feel at home. Guests can also enjoy walks on the estate and there are stables available for those who want to bring their horses along.
One aspect of the hotel seemed to have a damp smell, but it adds to the character of the place.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with dog food, wine, and nibbles, and the fire was already lit. the gites were perfect for our group of friends, with separate bedrooms and a cozy lounge in between. Christine, our hostess, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location was stunning, with a beautiful river and watermill. We loved it so much that we are already planning to return both as a group and as couples.
Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟
